Affiliate Program Terms

How to earn {{affiliateRate}}% on the sales you refer to Studio Forward, how commissions are approved and paid.

1. Overview

The Studio Forward Affiliate Program ("Program") lets creators, YouTubers, streamers and communities earn a commission when people they refer buy on Studio Forward. Any User with an account in good standing can join from Account → Affiliate. By joining, you accept these terms in addition to the Terms of Service.

2. How referrals work

• You receive a personal referral code and links. A link looks like `https://…/?ref=YOURCODE` and can point to any page or product.

• When a visitor follows your link and accepts the Affiliate & marketing cookie category, your code is remembered for 30 days on their device (last click wins).

• An order is attributed to you if it is placed within that period from the same browser.

• You cannot refer yourself: orders placed by your own account, or by a store you own, are not attributed.

3. Commission

• You earn 5% of the amount actually paid by the Buyer (after discounts and account credit, excluding refunded amounts) on every attributed order.

• The commission is paid by Studio Forward out of its own revenue. It never reduces the Seller's share and never increases the Buyer's price.

• Commission rates may change with 30 days' notice. Commissions already earned are not affected.

4. Approval of commissions

• A commission is pending while the order can still be refunded or disputed.

• It becomes approved once the payment has been captured and the refund window of 5 days has passed without a refund or dispute.

• It is cancelled if the order is refunded, charged back, cancelled or found fraudulent. If a refund happens after a commission was paid, the amount is deducted from your future commissions.

5. Payouts

• Approved commissions are added to your affiliate balance.

• You can request a payout once your approved balance reaches €20, either:

• as Studio Forward account credit (instant, valid 24 months), or

• by PayPal to the email you provide (processed manually within 30 days).

• You are responsible for declaring your affiliate income and paying any applicable taxes. We may ask for tax information before paying out, where the law requires it.

6. Promotion rules

You must:

• clearly disclose that your links are affiliate links (for example "#ad", "affiliate link"), as required by consumer protection law and platform rules;

• promote Studio Forward honestly and only make claims that are true.

You must not:

• use spam, misleading ads, fake reviews, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-unders or incentivized clicks;

• bid on "Studio Forward" brand keywords in search ads, or use domains or social accounts that could be confused with Studio Forward;

• offer cashback or part of your commission to Buyers without our written approval;

• promote leaked content, or place links on illegal, hateful or adult websites;

• create several accounts or place orders yourself to generate commissions.

7. Fraud and termination

We may refuse, suspend or terminate an affiliate account, and cancel unpaid commissions obtained through fraud or breach of these terms. You may leave the Program at any time; approved commissions above the payout threshold remain payable.

8. Relationship

Affiliates act independently. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship. You may not speak or make commitments on behalf of Studio Forward.
