Opening your store and getting approved

What we check before approving a store and how to make a strong application.

Apply

Open Sell on Studio Forward and complete the six-step application: about you (name, email, Discord, country), your brand (display name, website, social links), the games you create for, whether you already sell elsewhere, the rights and policy commitments, and your payout setup.

Review time

• Standard review: up to 12 business days.

• Priority review (€4.99): after submitting, you can pay a one-time fee to get a decision within 2 business days. It speeds up the review only: it never guarantees approval. If we miss the 2-business-day target, contact support and the fee is refunded in full.

What we check

• The applicant and the brand represent a real creator or studio.

• You own the rights to what you plan to sell, or have permission to distribute it.

• Your portfolio, website or social links show your work.

• The name does not impersonate another creator, brand or game publisher.

If an application is not approved, the reason is shown on your seller page.

After approval

• Complete your store profile: avatar, banner, description and social links. It appears on your public store page and on your product pages.

• Connect Stripe from Seller dashboard → Finances before publishing paid products: buyers cannot purchase from a store without an active payment account.

Suspension

Stores can be suspended for fraud, repeated policy violations, unresolved copyright claims or abusive behaviour. See the Seller Terms.
