Reporting fraud, products and copyright infringement

Unknown orders, scams, the Report button on product pages and DMCA takedown notices.

Unknown order or unauthorized payment

Open a ticket in Fraud & Suspicious Activity. Any of your payments that are still authorized (not yet captured) are put on hold automatically. Then contact your bank if you believe your card was compromised.

Scam attempts

Studio Forward never asks you to pay outside the Stripe checkout, through gift cards, crypto or direct transfers. Report any such request.

Report a product

Every product page has a Report this product button at the bottom of the sidebar. Use it when you think a product is stolen or re-uploaded, contains malicious code, is misleading, inappropriate or breaks our rules, even if you are not the original creator. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and the seller is not told who reported the product.

You are the copyright owner

If your own work is sold without your permission, submit a DMCA takedown notice: open a ticket in Copyright & DMCA. The form asks for every element required by law (see Copyright, DMCA and prohibited content).
