Downloading your resources

Where to find your files, how download links work and how updates are delivered.

Where are my files?

Go to Account → My products. Every resource you own has a Download button. You can also download from the product page once you own it.

Download links

• Files hosted on Studio Forward are delivered through a secure link valid for 2 minutes. Click Download again if a link expires.

• Some creators deliver through an external link (for example a store or repository). The link is only revealed to buyers.

Updates

When a creator publishes a new version, the file on Studio Forward is replaced. Download again from My products to get the latest version at no extra cost. The product page shows the current version number and the date of the last update.

The download does not work

Open a ticket in Technical Issues with your order number and what happens when you click Download. Do not share your password with anyone, including support.
