Account security and sign-in

Passwords, password reset, keeping your account safe and exporting your data.

Password

• Use a unique password of at least 8 characters.

• Change it from Account → Security.

• Forgot it? Use Forgot password on the sign-in window: a reset link is sent to your email.

Keeping your account safe

• Studio Forward staff will never ask for your password or your card details.

• Payments only happen on Stripe pages (checkout.stripe.com). Ignore any message asking you to pay elsewhere.

• If you notice an order you did not place, open a ticket in Fraud & Suspicious Activity immediately: automatic capture of your pending payments is paused.

Your data

You can export your account data (profile, orders, favorites, reviews, tickets) from Account → Settings → Export my data.
